Hotel Reservation & Cancellation Policy
| All room rates are nett per room/night in single, twin, double or triple
occupancy inclusive of Service Charge & VAT. They are applicable according
to the time of year indicated. Rates for hotels are in US$ and may be converted into Thai BAHT based on the recent date currency exchange of bank. Reservations in High or Peak Season (mostly at the end of year) which will result in a much higher rates or will carry a surcharge. "Compulsory Gala Dinners" will be imposed for reservation during festive seasons such as Christmas' Eve and New Year's Eve. The rates issued by the hotels will usually run year-round through until September or October so if you should require rates beyond these periods please send in a request. |

RESERVATION & BOOKING PROCEDURES You can request booking via e-mail info@travex.co.th or follow through our Booking Form. Once receipt of your booking request, our reservation staff will contact the hotel to check for room availability and make tentative booking. If the hotel required is fully booked, some hotels in similar standard and location will be suggested.
We will send our reservation confirmation for your record and
indicate payment due date which depends on each hotel and
seasons. Reservation procedure will response to
you within 48 hour if reservation is received during our office hours
(09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m. Monday - Friday). |

PAYMENT METHOD To guarantee your booking, please print out credit card payment authorization form, fill in the details and fax back to : (66) 2 6521033. If for any reason we do not receive the payment by the due date, we regret to have to release your booking automatically. Once we have the approval code from the the credit card company we will issue Hotel Voucher of which one copy will be sent to the hotel and one copy will be sent to you via e-mail (to be printed out by yourself), fax or handed over to you by our guide if airport transfer is requested.
In the case that booking was done at very soon to the check-in date and you did not receive the voucher simply check-in with your passport. This hotel voucher is our payment guarantee to the hotel for Accommodations ONLY. The hotel may request your credit card to imprint for other hotel services (such as telephone, laundry, room service, mini-bar, etc.) which are to be settled in your bill as your own expenses when checking-out. If your payment is by credit card, the item in the credit card statement will be shown as TRAVEX Co.,Ltd. |

EXTENSION OF STAY Please note that if after checking-in you
would like to extend your stay in hotel, you should contact direct to TRAVEX
to get the same room rate. If not, TRAVEX will response only the period
mentioned on the voucher only. |
