3.1 Payment Schedule
A 50% deposit must be received 60 days before arrival of the group. Balance of payment must be received by Travex 30 days before arrival of the group
If the acceptance of service is received from agent in less than 30 days before the group’s arrival, a full payment from agent is required before a pre-determined deadline imposed by Travex. This is on condition that Travex must first agree to proceed with the reservation and the service.
Depending on the time between Travex acceptance of the reservation and the arrival date of the group, Travex reserves the right to vary the payment schedule and the payment sum.
In the event that full payment has not been received as scheduled, Travex reserves the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without further notice.
3.2 Payment Procedures
Payment shall be made in US$ by bank draft to our address or by bank transfer to:

When making payment, please advise us the file reference, your date of remittance, your banker and the corresponding bank in Thailand. A fax copy of the remittance made will also facilitate in the clearance of payment from our local bank. Payment amount received must be as per invoice amount due to Travex.
Travex reserves the right to charge any balance of short payment due to incurred bank charges. Bank charges are to be borne by the agent.
